Parent Training & Coaching
Parent training provides caregivers with practical, evidence-based strategies to support positive behavior, emotional regulation, and communication at home and school. We work collaboratively with families to strengthen consistency, increase effective responses to challenging behaviors, build replacement skills, and create structured routines that promote success. Parent coaching empowers caregivers with tools they can confidently apply in daily life to reduce stress and improve family relationships.

Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) & Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
A Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) is a structured process used to identify the root cause or function of challenging behaviors by analyzing patterns in environment, triggers, and outcomes. Based on these findings, a Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) is developed to outline proactive strategies, environmental supports, reinforcement systems, and skill-based replacement behaviors. These plans are individualized and designed to promote sustainable change across home, school, and community settings.

Behavior Therapy
Behavior therapy focuses on teaching adaptive skills, building coping tools, and reducing behaviors that interfere with daily functioning through evidence-based behavioral and cognitive-behavioral principles. Treatment may include skill development in emotional regulation, problem solving, communication, social interaction, and self-monitoring, along with structured reinforcement and practice-based learning. The goal is to create meaningful behavior change that supports independence, confidence, and long-term success.
