Testing length varies based on the referral question, but most evaluations involve multiple components, including an interview, in-person testing sessions, collateral contacts, scoring, and interpretation. Final reports are typically completed within 2–4 weeks after testing is finished, depending on complexity.

All information shared in therapy or during psychological services is kept strictly confidential in accordance with state and federal privacy laws, including HIPAA. Your records, test results, and session content are protected and will not be released without your written consent.
There are a few situations in which we are legally and ethically required to break confidentiality to protect safety. These include:- If there is reason to believe someone is in immediate danger of harming themselves or others.
- If there is suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elderly adult, or vulnerable person.
- If records are court-ordered by a judge.
- When disclosures are necessary for billing or insurance claims (limited information only).
